摘要
目的观察内口结扎改良LIFT术治疗低位肛瘘的疗效及术后并发症。方法将120例低位肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例,治疗组行内口结扎改良LIFT术,对照组行肛瘘切除术。结果两组治愈率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后肛门功能评分为(1.02±0.17)分,低于对照组的(1.08±0.12)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者愈合时间、住院费用、疤痕大小均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内口结扎改良LIFT术治疗低位肛瘘疗效满意,且能缩短愈合时间、缩小疤痕大小、减轻术后肛门功能损伤、节省住院费用。
Objective： To observe the efficacy and complication of surgical by the modified LIFT of improved internal anal ligation for the treatment of anal fistula. Methods： 120 patients of anal fistula were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 patients each.The treatment group operated by the modified LIFT,the control group treated by anal fistulectomy. Results： The cure rate of the two group were 100%;The difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. the treatment group the anal function score was（1.02±0.17）,that of the control group was（1.08±0.12）;there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The healing time,hospitalization cost and scar size of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The modified LIFT of improved internal anal ligation has satisfactory effect to the treatment of anal fistula,and can shorten the healing time,reduce scar size,alleviate postoperative anal dysfunction,save the cost of hospitalization.
