MicroRNA-100检测对胃癌患者诊断鉴别价值评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究并分析临床诊断胃癌患者的过程中,应用Micro RNA-100的诊断价值,为临床胃癌诊断奠定基础。方法:自2014年6月-2015年6月我院收治了的胃癌患者,随机抽取68例作为本研究对象,予以q RT-PCR检测Micro RNA-100的表达水平,及其与临床病理学特点之间的关系。结果:通过q RT-PCR法检测mi-RNA100在胃组织中的相对表达量情况发现,其表达量在胃癌组织中相对于高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。且mi-RNA100的相对表达量的高低与患者的年龄、肿瘤分化、性别、TNM分期及淋巴结转移情况均无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床诊断胃癌患者的过程中,应用Micro RNA-100可进行准确诊断,且其表达参与着胃癌的进展,应广泛推广。
