摘要
目的分析白细胞介素-6(IL-6)联合基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)检测在诊断早期骨性关节炎中临床意义。方法选取我院2013年2月-2015年8月收治的43例早期骨性关节炎患者作为观察组,选取同期43例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组IL-6、MMP-3水平,并以Kellgren-Lawrence(K-L)分级将观察组分为I级和II级,比较I级和II级IL-6、MMP-3含量及美国纽约特种外科医院(HSS)评分,同时分析IL-6、MMP-3与早期骨性关节炎患者HSS评分及K-L分级相关性。结果观察组IL-6、MMP-3含量显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);K-L分级I级IL-6、MMP-3含量低于II级,HSS评分高于II级,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-6、MMP-3与早期骨性关节炎患者HSS评分呈负相关,与K-L分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论检测IL-6、MMP-3不仅可为早期诊断骨性关节炎提供参考,亦可了解患者疾病严重程度。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of interleukin-6(IL-6)combined with matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)in the diagnosis of early osteoarthritis.Methods 43 early osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from February 2013 to August 2015 were selected as observation group,43 cases of healthy persons were selected as control group.We compared the two groups of IL-6,MMP-3levels,and Kellgren-Lawrence(K-L)classification of the observation group is divided into I and II,compared the I and II of IL-6levels,MMP-3content and the New York special surgical hospital(HSS)score,and analyzed the correlation between MMP-3,HSS and IL-6score and K-L classification in patients with early osteoarthritis.Results The content of IL-6and MMP-3in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);K-L grade IL-6level I,MMP-3content was lower than II,HSS score higher than II,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);MMP-3and IL-6were negatively correlated with HSS score in patients with early osteoarthritis,and positively correlated with K-L grading(P〈0.05).Conclusion The detection of IL-6and MMP-3can not only provide reference for early diagnosis of osteoarthritis,but also can understand the severity of the disease.
