摘要
青霉素是治疗梅毒的一线药物,头孢曲松凭借其理学、药代动力学特点和临床疗效,成为最有可能的青霉素替代药物。本文对头孢曲松治疗梅毒的进展进行了文献复习。
Penicillin is the first line drug in the treatment of syphilis. However, by virtue of brilliantly pharmacological and pharmacokinetic characters, eefiriaxone will be the most likely to become the substitute for penicillin in syphilis treatment. The update of ceftriaxone in the treatment of syphilis was reviewed.
