摘要
目的:观察柴胡疏肝散加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法:将70例腹泻型IBS肝郁脾虚证患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例予柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,对照组35例予匹维溴铵合思密达治疗。两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组主要临床症状评分,综合评价两组的临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.3%,对照组为74.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组症状积分均有改善,且治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散加减治疗腹泻型IBS肝郁脾虚证疗效优于西药匹维溴铵合思密达治疗,并且可以明显改善症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective ：To investigate the clinical effect of modified Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of diarrhea -predominant irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency. Methods ：A total of 70 patients withdiarrhea - predominantIBS with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Chaihu Shugan powder, and those in the control group were given pinaverium bromide combined with Smecta. The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups. The clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical outcome of the two groups. Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group（94. 3% vs 74. 3% ,P 〈 0. 05）. Both groups had improvements in symptom scores after treatment, and the treatment group had significantly better improvements than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Compared with pinaverium bromide combined with Smecta,modified Chaihu Shugan powder has a better clinical effect in the treatment of diarrhea - predominantIBS with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency and can significantly relieve patients＇ symptoms and improve their quality of life.
