摘要
[目的]观察推拿联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻疗效。[方法]使用推拿联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻患儿72例。[结果]显效48例,有效22效,无效2例,总有效率为97.22%。[结论]推拿联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻,是治疗小儿腹泻的有效方法,值得临床推广。
[Objective] To explore the therapeutic effect of massage combined with Smecta in infantile diarrhea.[Method] Clinical dates of 72 cases of infantile diarrhea between July 2009 and June 2010 were given the treatment of massage combined with Smecta,and given each appropriate treatment according to the illness and symptomatic.[Results] There are 48 children taking marked effect,22 children taking effect,and the total effective rate was 97.2%.There are 2 children taking no effect,so the ineffective rate was 2.8%.[Conclusion] The effect of massage combined with Smecta for the patients with infantile diarrhea is remarkable,which is worth spreading in the clinical application.
