摘要
目的:探讨用中医辨证推拿疗法治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:对近年来我院收治的80例腹泻患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我院随机将这些患儿分为西医组和中医组,每组各有40例患儿。我院对西医组患儿使用常规西药疗法进行治疗,对中医组患儿使用中医辨证推拿疗法进行治疗,然后比较两组患儿治疗的效果。结果:两组患儿在接受治疗后,中医组患儿治疗的总有效率明显高于西医组患儿,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。中医组患儿在接受治疗24h后其腹泻的次数明显少于西医组患儿,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:用中医辨证推拿疗法治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果显著,可有效地改善患儿的腹泻症状。
Objective To investigate the use of traditional Chinese medicine massage to treat infantile diarrhea treatment clinical curative effect.Methods Select our hospital of pediatrics in October 2012 to October 2014 were diarrhea in children with 80 cases as the research object, According to the treatment is divided into control group and observation group,the 40 cases,including the control group using conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group line of traditional Chinese medicine massage,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results In the control group clinical total effective rate was 77.5%,significantly lower than the observation group was 90.0%,compared to significant difference （P〈0.05）;the observation group after treatment （1.47 ±0.42） times, compared significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy to treat infantile diarrhea clinical effect is obvious,can significantly reduce the infantile diarrhea,reduce the pain,and high safety, is worth promoting.
