摘要
工业生产过程中的液体、蒸汽和气体介质以及固体表面的中低温度测量,通常采用电阻式温度变送器。为了提高测温精度,需要对温度变送器进行校验。本文依据《温度变送器校准规范》(JJF 1183-2007),分析了影响测量不确定度的各种因素,并通过实例对目前使用的温度变送器(带传感器)不确定度进行了分析,从而确定影响不确定度的主要因素,为提高测量精度提供了一定的方法。
In the process of industrial production,the measure of middle-low temperature for liquid,vapor,gas and solid surface is carried on based on the industrial resistance thermometer.In order to ensure the production and control the quality,the thermometric indicator is need to be verified and tested.At present,the thermodynamic instrumentation is tested mainly on the basis of the automatic measuring system.To increase the detection precision,various factors influencing the detection system were analyzed according to JJF1183- 2007 Calibration Specification for Auto-measuring System of Thermocouples and Resistance Thermometers,and the uncertainty of automatic-measuring system for the intelligent thermodynamic instrumentation was analyzed by example.
