摘要
通过对葫芦岛市兴城市水资源状况和开发利用状况的分析,可以看出全市的地表水开发利用程度较低,地下水开发利用率较高,总体开发利用仍然具有一定的开发潜力。但是全市用水水平与国内外先进水平相比差距较大,特别是农业用水,耗水量大,用水效率低,水资源浪费严重;居民节水意识有待加强,输水管网损失率较大,节水器具的使用有待于进一步推广。文章针对这些存在的问题对水资源的合理性开发利用提出了保护对策和建议,也为今后葫芦岛市水资源保护和合理地开发利用和优化配置提供参考和借鉴作用。
By analyzing the status of water resources of Xingcheng city in Huludao City and its development and utilization, it can be seen that the developed degree of surface water is low and is high of ground water in the whole city, and there still a certain development potentials in total development and utilization of the water resources. However, there is larger gap between water use in the whole city and foreign advanced water use level, especially agricultural water use, is large in water consumption, low in water use efficiency and serious in water resources waste. The water-saving awareness of the residents is to be strengthened, the loss rate of delivery pipe net is large, and utilization for water-saving tools is to be promoted further. Based on these problems existed, the protection countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for reasonable development and use of water resources, also providing references for protection, reasonable development and use, and optimal allocation of water resources in Huludao City.
