摘要
多目标复杂的评价系统为水资源承载力评价的主要特征,对评价指标体系如何建立科学有效的数学模型为水资源承载力评价分析的主要问题。考虑到评价标准并非点的概念而是区间概念,所以对水资源承载力等级标准利用传统的评价方法进行评价具有一定的局限性。据此,为克服该局限性对评价结果的不利影响,文章通过对其改进给出了多目标决策-理想区间模型(MODMIM);然后在详细分析了其计算过程和方法理论的基础上以辽河流域为例对其不同监测点水资源承载力进行综合评价。研究表明:研究流域总体处于较弱水平,模型评价结果能较好的反映流域实际状况; MODMIM模型具有计算稳定简便、可操作性强等特点,具有较强的适用性与可靠性,在流域水资源承载力评价分析中值得推广和应用。
The multi-objective and complex evaluation system is the main characteristic of water resources carrying capacity evaluation,and the main problem about how to establish a scientific and effective mathematical model for evaluation and analysis of water resources carrying capacity is made through the evaluation index system. Considering that the concept of evaluation is not a point,it is an interval concept,so it is limited to evaluate the standard of water resources carrying capacity by using the traditional evaluation method. In order to overcome the adverse effects of the limitation on the evaluation results,this paper gives a multi-objective decision-ideal interval model ( MODMIM) through the improvement of its improvement. Then,on the basis of the detailed analysis of its calculation process and method theory,the Liaohe River Basin is taken as an example to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of different monitoring points. The research shows that the research basin is generally in a weak level,and the model evaluation results can reflect the actual situation of the basin better; the MODMIM model has the characteristics of stability,simplicity and maneuverability,and has strong applicability and reliability. It is worth popularizing and applying in the evaluation and analysis of water resources carrying capacity in the basin.
