摘要
目的研究结肠癌合并肠梗阻临床外科手术治疗效果。方法对我院2013年12月至2014年12月手术的32例结肠肠癌合并肠梗阻患者的临床资料行回顾性分析研究。结果术后并发症的发生率为28.1%,经积极治疗后痊愈;死亡1例,死因为多器官功能衰竭。结论手术治疗是结肠癌合并肠梗阻有效治疗手段之一,科学、可行的选择手术方式,可降低术后并发症及死亡率,提高临床效果。
Objective To study the effect of surgical treatment of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction. Methods To analyze the clinical date of 32 patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction who were treated by surgery in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 28. 1%,and get healing after the treatment. 1 patient died,because of multiple organ failure. Conclusion Surgical treatment is one of the effective treatments of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction. The scientific and feasible choice of operation can reduce the postoperative complications and mortality,improve the clinical effect.
