摘要
随着医改的不断深入,全面预算管理对基层医院实现长期战略目标、积极稳妥安排收支,提高运营水平,深化卫生体制改革,迎接巨大挑战起着至关重要的作用。该文旨在对基层医院如何搞好全面预算管理进行探讨,对基层医院的全面预算管理提出合理化的建议。
Objective To summarize the nursing method and effect of risk management combined with routine nursing in the fibroid operation. Methods 100 cases of patients with fibroid admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to different clinical nursing methods, and the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the experimental group adopted the risk management on the basis of the control group, and the clinical nursing effect was analyzed according to the nursing quality satisfactory degree, postoperative clinical complications, initial time to get out of bed, length of stay and hospitalization cost. Results The clinical nursing effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree of patients was greatly improved, and the length of stay and hospitalization cost were obviously decreased. Conclusion The risk management and routine nursing in the fibroid operation can obviously improve the nursing effect, reduce the operative cost, shorten the disease course of patients, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
