摘要 Improving the patient ex- perience is critical in today’s healthcare marketplace. The experience a patient has in a particular healthcare setting can determine whether he or she will return for additional or follow-up care. Healthcare leaders should develop comprehensive ap- proaches focused on attract- ing and retaining patients. In the following article, let’s share the experiences from Mountain States Health Alli- ance and the University of Colorado Hospital.
