摘要
以大站快车为研究对象,通过分析大站快车开通前后不同站点乘客的乘车时间和候车时间的变化,明确从大站快车中获得收益和损失的人群。以大站快车和全程车在发车班次和乘车时间方面的差异为因素,利用BL模型进行客流分配,基于乘客分配,在公交资源不变的前提下综合考虑乘客的跳站收益和跳站损失,建立以总收益最大为目标的改进大站快车设置模型,针对模型特点依据遗传算法设计求解流程。以实际公交线路为例,调查详细的公交出行和车辆运行数据,利用模型设计线路的大站快车运行方案,结果显示开通大站快车能够使研究时段内所有乘客的候乘总时间降低12.7%。
Firstly, Time savings and losses generated by limited - stop service was analyzed, and their calculation method was clarified. Secondly, a binary logit model for passenger assignment was established based on the difference in frequency and travel time. Then, based on this, an optimization model was proposed to determine a limited - stop service route to be operated in parallel with the local service and its associated frequency to maximize total travel time savings. Considering the characteristics of the model, a solution procedure was designed using genetic algorithm. At last, one bus line of Harbin was used as an example for this research. An optimal scenario was obtained with this model. The results show that passengers ’ total travel is reduced by 12. 7% after the introduction of lim-ited -stop service.
