摘要
为了解决机械装备方案设计阶段,难以进行能耗计算分析的问题,提出基于可信度区间的复杂注塑装备设计方案塑化能耗分析方法,在典型机械装备注塑装备方案设计中实现了塑化能耗分析及计算.通过对注塑装备参数进行区间分类表达,建立基于可信度区间的注塑装备塑化能耗计算模型,并通过改进的第2代非劣排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)求解,根据可信度区间确定个体占优关系,获得注塑装备塑化过程低能耗设计方案最优解集,以指导注塑装备方案设计.并在某注塑企业XS-Z60型号的方案设计中得以应用,验证了该方法的可行性.
A new energy consumption analysis method of plastic injection equipment based on credibility interval was proposed in order to solve the problem of energy consumption calculation and analysis in the process of mechanical equipment scheme design.This method completed the analysis and calculation of plasticizing energy consumption during the process of injection equipment scheme design.A calculation model of injection molding equipment's plastic energy consumption based on confidence interval was established by classifying and expressing the injection molding equipment parameters with interval numbers,which was solved by improved NSGA-II.The individual dominance was determined based on confidence intervals,the optimal solution set was obtained for the low power consumption design of injection molding equipment to guide the scheme design of the injection molding equipment.The feasibility of this method is verified by the application of XS-Z60 in a injection molding company.
