摘要
为系统性分析绿色集成制造系统的能源消耗状况,以能量流为主线,结合系统理论形式化建模方法——DEVS理论和输入输出模型,提出了基于系统理论形式化的绿色集成制造系统能源消耗模型概念,并建立了独立绿色制造单元能量流子模型。在模型中,运用DEVS原子模型理论搭建能耗模型基础框架,用于反映系统能源投入、消耗、回收、重用等信息;为了解能源的具体转化过程,结合输入输出模型从宏观的角度对系统进行能耗分析,进一步对框架中的变量进行详细描述。该能耗模型不仅在建模分析中考虑了能耗过程的时间因素,而且在数据处理上对能耗数据进行了很好的分类和整理,系统地反映了独立绿色制造单元的能源消耗情况。
To reflect energy consumption of Green Integrated Manufacturing System systematically,Energy Model for Independent Green Manufacturing Cells was proposed,based on Energy Consumption Model of Green Integrated Manufacturing System,which took the energy flow as the main thread,and combined formal modeling method of system-the theory of DEVS and input-output model.In the model,the atomic DEVS theory was used to build fundamental framework,showing the information such as input,consumption and recycling of energy.In order to know the conversion process of energy,detailed descriptions of the variables in the model were performed,analyzing the single unit of energy consumption with input-output model.This model not only considers time characteristic,but also can classify and summarize energy consumption data well.What is more,it also shows us enterprises' energy consumption systematically.
