摘要
互联网宽带用户对视频清晰度和流畅度的要求越来越高,良好的体验质量成为挽留用户的关键因素。在竞争激烈的互联网和异军突起的OTT TV(Over-The-Top TV,互联网电视)服务提供商大背景下,如何缓解用户数量激增带来的网络压力,且满足用户的高质量业务体验诉求,成为网络运营商亟需解决的一大难题。基于运营商网络出口部署的DPI(Deep Packet Inspection,深度包检测)系统,提出视频业务体验质量分析技术方案,运营商可获取终端用户的实际体验数据,直观地综合评估视频业务质量和性能,从而为优化网络等后续措施提供数据支撑。
Video clarity and fluency requirements of Internet users are getting higher and higher, a good quality of experi- ence is a key factor in retaining users.In the context of fierce competition of Internet broadband services and meteoric rise of the OTT TV services, How to ease the network pressure brought about by the surge in the number of users, How to meet the user's high quality-demands of experience, are major problems Network operators needed to be resolved urgently. A technical analysis scheme of video service experience quality is proposed based on Deep Packet Inspection system de- ployed at Network exports. Network operators can get the actual end-user experience data, make a comprehensive evalua- tion on video quality of service and performance intuitively, thereby provide support for the subsequent optimization of the network and other follow-up measures.
