摘要
HRMS终端存在配置不均衡,信息采集难度大的问题。提出基于多Agent的HRMS终端用户大数据信息获取模型。构建人力资源管理信息化建设的大数据信息库,采用HRMS终端用户大数据信息融合方法实现对人力资源管理信息化特征分析。构建信息分布式融合模型,引入多Agent分类识别方法实现数据信息自主智能分类,提取大数据的关键性特征参数,采用多参数辨识方法,实现对人力资源管理HRMS终端用户大数据挖掘和优化获取。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法的精度较高、特征辨识度较好,提高了人力资源信息化管理以及数据分析能力。
The configuration of HRMS terminal is unbalanced,and information collection is difficult.A multi-agent based HRMS end-user big data information acquisition model is proposed.The big data information base of human resource management informatization construction is constructed,and the HRMS end-user big data information fusion method is adopted to realize the characteristic analysis of human resource management informatization.The information distributed fusion model is constructed,introducing the multi-agent classification and identification method to realize the autonomous intelligence classification of data information,and extract the key characteristic parameters of big data,and the multi-parameter identification method is adopted to realize the big data mining and optimization acquisition of HRMS end users in human resource management.The simulation results show that the proposed method has higher accuracy and better feature identification,and improves the human resource information management and data analysis ability.
