摘要
自动冲切成形系统广泛用于集成电路和半导体器件的后工序切筋成形工艺,为了增加产能及提高产品质量,后工序切筋成形一般采用多副模具共同完成,通过动力下置平台带动一副或多副模具共同完成塑封条带的冲浇口、切筋、弯曲成形、分离等工步,降低系统成本,提高系统产能。
The automatic stamping and cutting system was widely used in the succeedingrib-cutting process of IC and semiconductor device. In order to increase capacity and im-prove quality of products, the succeeding rib-cutting process was completed by severalmoulds. An underlying-power platform was used to drive the die or dies to finish gate cut-ting, rib-cutting, bending and separating.
