摘要
西部高校大学生的国家安全意识呈现出"强弱面并存"、"优劣性参半"的显著特征。当前应以《国家安全法》为依据完善大学生国家安全教育机制,将国家安全教育纳入大学生思想政治教育体系;拓宽教育思路,丰富教育内容,培养大学生的"总体国家安全观";多管齐下,引导西部高校学生积极关注国家安全环境、安全政策、安全动向;采取大学生喜闻乐见的形式,在潜移默化中增强大学生维护国家安全的法律意识;切实重视"一带一路"战略的宣传,使大学生熟知其内涵与内容、了解其实施过程中可能面临的安全风险。
Western college students＇ national security consciousness shows the distinct characteristics of ＂mixing of good sides and bad sides＂. At present, national security education mechanism should be improved on the basis of national security law and it should take national security education into the system of ideological and political education. It should broaden the educational ideas, enrich the contents of education and train college students＇ overall national security concept. It should guide the western college students to concern about the national security environment and security policy actively. It should adopt the forms beloved by college students and en- hance the students＇ legal consciousness of safeguarding national security. It should pay more attention to propaganda of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road strategy and make students be familiar with its contents and the relevant security risks.
