健康教育对肺结核患者的生活质量及遵医行为的影响 被引量:6

Effect of health education on life quality and compliance behavior of pulmonary tuberculosis patients

摘要 目的 探讨对肺结核患者进行健康教育后,其生活质量和遵医行为的变化情况.方法 在2014年10月至2016年2月来我院诊治的肺结核患者中,采用数字表法随机抽取76例患者,将2014年10月至2015年6月来院就诊的38例患者设为对照组,将2015年7月至2016年2月来院就诊的38例患者设为研究组,在患者完成抗结核药物治疗后进行问卷调查对比两组患者生活质量及遵医行为.其中,对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上进行了强化护理干预.采用SPSS 18.0统计学软件对本研究数据进行分析处理,其中生活质量评分两组得分情况比较采用t检验,遵医行为、护理满意度、护理综合效果等采用x2检验.结果 研究组患者采取健康教育护理后生理状态、心理状态、社会功能状态、主观判断与自我满意度方面得分分别为(79.13±2.97)分、(85.97±2.19)分、(71.26±3.01)分和(79.31±3.03)分,对照组采取常规护理后得分分别为(70.25±3.41)分、(76.32±3.02)分、(60.32±3.04)分和(71.22±2.89)分,研究组各项得分均高于对照组,其t值分别为2.61、7.82、8.34和6.78,P值均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义.研究组患者遵医率为92.11%(35/38),高于对照组的71.05%(27/38),差异有统计学意义(x2=5.31,P<0.05);研究组患者护理总满意度为94.74%(36/38),高于对照组的73.68%(28/38),差异有统计学意义(x2=5.21,P<0.05);研究组患者护理成功率为73.68%(28/38),对照组护理成功率为47.37%o(18/38),差异具有统计学意义(x2=4.46,P<0.05).结论 加强对肺结核患者进行健康教育,可明显提高其生活质量,建立良好的遵医行为,护理成功水平较高. Objective To determine the changes of patients' living quality and medical compliance after health education for pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods Seventy-six patients were randomly selected from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed in our hospital from Oct, 2014 to Feb, 2016, 38 patients diagnosed from Oct, 2014 to Jun, 2015 were designated as study group, and 38 patients diagnosed from Jul, 2015 to Feb, 2016 were designated as control group, then investigate these patients life quality and behavior after they completed treatment. The control group was implemented routine nursing, while the study group strengthened health educa- tion on the basis of routing nursing. Using SPSS 18. 0 statistical software to analyze and compare the data between two groups, including the score of quality of life by t test, treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and nursing effect by )C2 test. Results For the study group, after health education based nursing, the physiological condition, the psychological status, social function, subjective judgment and self satisfaction scores were 79.13 ±2.97, 85.97±2.19, 71.26±3.01 and 79.31 ± 3.03 respectively, while the scores of control group received routine care were 70. 25±3.41, 76.32±3.02, 60.32±3.04 and 71.22±2.89 respectively, the scores of study group were higher than that of the control group. The value of t-test were 2.61,7.82,8. 34 and 6.78 respectively with P〈0.05. There were significant differences in patients of two groups.
