摘要
针对目前国内市场上的凿岩台车产品对高原环境适应性差等问题,设计了高原用凿岩台车回转回路液压系统,使用AMESim软件对凿岩台车凿岩机的回转回路进行了仿真分析,利用ANSYS软件对钻臂模型进行了静力学分析。仿真结果表明,钻臂的刚度及强度满足要求,优化后的钻臂重量降低了13%,实现了钻臂轻量化的目标。
Aiming at weak plateau environmental adaptability of the drill jumbo product in the domestic market, the hydraulic system of drill jumbo's rotational circuit used in plateau was designed, AMESim software was used for simulating and analyzing the rotational circuit of drill jumbo's jackdrill, and statics analysis of drill boom model was proceeded by using ANSYS software. The simulation results showed that the rigidity and strength of drill boom was qualified, and weight of the optimized drill boom decreased 13% and realized lightweight design goal.
