摘要
介绍了煤矿井下钻机常用液压系统和普通多路阀的缺陷,并对负载敏感控制系统工作原理进行了分析,最终确定远距离控制钻机液压系统采用恒功率、压力切断、负载敏感单泵控制系统,其控制阀采用负载敏感多路阀。
The commonly used hydraulic system of mine coal mine shaft drilling machine and flaw of the ordinary multi-way value were introduced, and has carried on the analysis to principle of work of the load-sensitivity control system. Finally, determined to use the constant voltage, the pressure cut-off, the load-sensitivity single pump control system, and the load-sensitivity multi-way value to hydraulic system of remote control drilling machine.
