摘要
以甲基丙烯酸酯类单体为原料,将有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂聚合物(硅-丙树脂)引入到改性纳米二氧化硅粒子表面,制备了硅-丙树脂/纳米SiO_2复合材料,并将其应用于棉织物超疏水整理。研究了反应时间、反应温度及引发剂对复合材料转化率的影响。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、热重分析对硅-丙树脂/纳米SiO_2复合材料进行表征。结果表明,试验成功制备了粒径约300 nm、热性能较好的硅-丙树脂/纳米SiO_2复合材料;经其整理的棉织物,接触角达到151.7°,滚动角为10°,具有较好的超疏水性。
With methyl acrylate monomers as raw materials, silicone modified acrylic resin polymer is introduced into the surface of nano SiO2, silicone-acrylate resin/SiO2 nano composite is prepared, and is applied to super hydrophobic finishing of cotton fabric. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and initiator on the conversion ratio of silicone-acrylate resin/SiO2 nano composite are studied. Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG) are used to analyze the performances of prepared silicone acrylate resin/SiO2 nano composite. The results show that the diamater of prepared particle is about 300 nm, and its heat performance is good. The contact angle and rolling angle of the treated cotton fabric reach 151.7° and 10° respectively.
