摘要
为开发制备超疏水涤纶织物的短流程工艺,研究了高温高压下在涤纶表面镶嵌聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的制备方法。结果表明:PDMS对涤纶表面的镶嵌作用能赋予涤纶织物超疏水性,水接触角可达163.4°,滚动角最小可达7.0°,沾水等级达到5级,且改性涤纶织物具有优异的耐洗性能。电镜观察结果表明,涤纶原有棱角变模糊,表面粗糙度提高;红外光谱分析结果表明,PDMS成功镶嵌到涤纶纤维中;X衍射及热力学分析结果表明,纤维主体结构基本不变;改性涤纶织物断裂强力有所下降,折皱弹性有小幅度增加,抗弯刚度、白度基本无变化。该方法工艺流程短,成本低,效果好,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to invent a short process technology of preparing superhydrophobic polyester fabric,polyester fiberinlaid with polydimethylsiloxane( PDMS) was prepared under high pressure at high temperature. The results showed that the effects of PDMS inlaid on the surface of polyester fibers can endow the polyester fabric with superhydrophobicity,the water contact angle,sliding angle and spray rating could reach 163. 4°,7. 0° and 5°, respectively. Moreover, the modified fabric had excellent laundering durability. Scanning electron microscope( SEM) results showed that the edges and corners of modified polyester fibers were much vaguer than those of the untreated polyester fiber and the surface becomes roughness because of the effect of inlay finishing. The result of infrared spectrum analysis indicated that PDMS had successfully inlaid into the framework of polyester fibers. According to the analysis of X-ray diffraction and differential scanningcalorimeter( DSC),the main structure of polyester fiber was almost not damaged during the treating process,the bending stiffness and whiteness remained well,and the elasticity increased slightly,while the breaking strength declined a little. Thus,the method is short in process,low in cost and excellent in effect,and has a good application prospect.
