摘要
半导体激光器是以不同半导体材料为工作物质,不同激励方式使半导体物质发生发射反应,形成激光。受不同半导材料元素物质稳定程度差异、激励电流大小、工作温度高低等因素影响,传统半导体激光器输出的激光射线出现不同程度非线性失真。对激光光栅谱系分析研究,针对非线性失真问题,提出激光光栅稳频补偿设计方案。通过实验证明,所提方法对半导体激光器非线性失真有良好的补偿作用。
Semiconductor laser with different semiconductor material as working substance, different incentives launch reaction in the semiconductor material, form a laser. Stability with different semi-conducting materials element material difference and the size of the exciting current, working temperature and other factors, traditional semiconductor laser output laser rays appear different degree of nonlinear distortion. Research on laser grating spectrum analysis, according to nonlinear distortion problem, puts forward a design scheme of stabilized laser grating compensation. Through the simulation experiments show that the proposed method has good compensation effect to semiconductor laser nonlinear distortion.
