基于有限元法和试验法的桥壳模态分析

摘要 桥壳是汽车车桥的重要组成部件,受力状况复杂,且工作条件恶劣,是汽车上较易发生故障的部件。对某汽车桥壳进行了有限元模态分析,并同国标规定的道路波长进行对比,结果表明:该桥壳在汽车行驶过程中不会发生共振破坏。通过试验模态分析对上述结论进行验证,结果显示:两种方法所得结果的最大误差为7.6%,属于可接受范围,该桥壳的有限元模型可用作后续分析。 Axle housing is an important part of automobile axle. It has a complex stress condition and a harsh working condition,so it is the most likely to break. First of all, the finite element modal analysis is carried out on a vehicle axle housing. The analysis results are compared with the national standard, which indicates that the axle housing will not encounter resonance in the process of vehicle driving. Finally, the experimental modal analysis is carried out to verify the conclusions above, and the results show that the maximum error of the two methods is 7. 6% , within an acceptable range. This finite element model of the axle housing can be used for subsequent analysis.
