摘要
葡萄园是酵母菌的优良栖息地,在葡萄栽培土壤中尤其丰富。从郑州市晟杰葡萄园中采集的7种葡萄的栽培土壤被作为分离源分离相关的酵母菌,经过显微细胞形态观察、WL培养基的初步鉴定,对酵母菌进行初步分类。根据不同菌株在WL培养基上的菌落特征,分析不同葡萄品种栽培土壤中酵母菌种群的组成及差异。结果表明,从晟杰葡萄园中分离纯化出的154株酵母菌,根据WL培养基上的形态特征可以被初步分为26个类型;不同葡萄品种栽培土壤中酵母菌的组成各不相同,同种酵母菌在不同的葡萄栽培土壤中的分布也存在差异,某些酵母菌与特定的葡萄品种之间有很强的相关性。
The vineyard is a good habitat for yeasts especially in the soils from vineyards. In this study soil samples associated with seven different kinds of grape cultivars were collected from Zhengzhou Sheng Jie vineyard. Then the yeasts from the soil samples were isolated and identified through microscopic cell morphology observation and WL medium phenotypes. According to the characteristics of the colonies in WL medium, the composition and differences of yeasts from soils of different grape cultivars were analyzed. The results showed that 154 strains of yeast isolates were obtained from the soils and they were originally distinguished into 24 categories. Our results showed that the composition of yeasts from different grape cultivated soils were different and the same kind of yeasts was with different distributions from different grape cultivation soils. In addition, some yeast types strongly correlated with the soils of some specific grape varieties.
