荔枝产香内生菌的挥发性成分分析及其在卷烟中的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 对新鲜荔枝内生菌进行分离纯化,共获得5株纯系微生物。通过筛选获得一株代谢产物香气优雅、甜润、生长迅速的菌株。利用GC-MS对其发酵产物进行分析,结果表明,该微生物代谢产物的香气成分主要为β-苯乙醇、2,3-丁二醇、糠醛及十六酸。利用该菌株发酵制备得到的发酵型烟用香料产品Lizhi-A具有使烟香柔和、细腻、饱满的作用。 Five strains of endophyte were purified from the endophyte in fresh lichees.One of them was selected as a sample because of its fragrant metabolite and speedy growth.The metabolite which was analyzed by GC-MS showed that the fragrant components were mainly from β-phenylethyl alcohol,2,3-butanediol,furfural and n-hexadecanoic acid.The product of the fermented tobacco flavor Lizhi-A from this kind of the sample strain had the ability to make smoke more gentle,smooth and the tobacco tasted gently,tenderly and rich.
