加长和缩短综采面的巷道设计及设备安撤工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了解决矿井在不规则区域无法布置规则的综采工作面而造成资源浪费的问题,大柳塔煤矿改变传统综采面布置方式,采取了加长或缩短综采面倾向长度的方式,最大限度地布置综采面,大幅提高了资源回收率。文章对综采面加长和缩短时的巷道布置设计及相应的设备安装、回撤工艺进行介绍,并对经济效益情况进行分析。 Aiming at the waste of coal resource caused by irregular layout of fully mechanized working face in certain area, Daliuta Coal Mine changed the traditional layout and applied the lengthened and shrank fully mechanized mining face, to maximize the recovery rate of coal resources. In this paper, the roadway layout design and working face equipment installation-withdraw process were introduced in detail, and the economic benefit was analyzed.
