摘要
目的分析门诊采血中心护理岗位管理模式改进后的效果,为采血中心护理岗位管理提供参考。方法设立"采血中心机动护士库"。通过深入访谈法对比分析改革前后患者抽血等待时间、人力成本支出和患者满意度得分情况。结果门诊采血中心机动护士库的建立,有利于增加个人收入,促进工作积极性,对比患者抽血等候时间、满意度、人力成本支出等,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在增加护士收入的同时,还提高了工作积极性,节省了人力支出,缩短了患者抽血等待时间,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of nursing post management mode in outpatient blood collection center, and provide reference for nursing post management. Methods The "mobile nurse library in blood collection center" was established, and the in--depth interview was used to compare the patient waiting time on blood draw ing, the cost of hospital manpower and the patient satisfaction level before and after the reform of the management mode. Results The establishment of mobile nurse library in outpatient blood collection center could increase personal income and promote work enthusiasm. The waiting time on blood drawing, cost of hospital manpower and the patient satisfaction level were statistically different from those of before the reform (P〈0.05). Conclusion The new mode can increase nurses' income, improve the work enthusiasm, saving the hospital manpower expenditure, shorten outpatient waiting time for blood drawing, and improve patient satisfaction.
