摘要
昌吉市毗邻新疆维吾尔自治区首府乌鲁木齐市,是供给乌鲁木齐及周边多地市食用鱼的生产基地。通过调查昌吉市3种食用鱼体内磺胺类药物的残留情况,并根据检测结果论述昌吉市养殖日常经济型食用鱼在产业发展中存在的问题及解决方法,提出昌吉市日常经济型食用鱼的安全对策。
Changji is the economic fish production base for Urumqiand its surrounding cities which is next to Urmqi, the captial of Xinjiang. Sulfonamides residues in edible economical fish security situation in changji are investigatied. According to the results on Changji breeding daily consumption of economic fish to discuss the problems existing in the development,and puts forward the solution.
