摘要
本文在文献研究的基础上,从积极心理学视角下,探讨对安全生产中工作倦怠这一不安全心理状态的干预,增强和挖掘职工实际和潜在的积极品质,达到减少不安全行为的目的,控制和减少事故的发生.
With the development of science, people's unsafe behavior has replaced the unsafe condition of equip- ment, and become the main factor of the accident. In safe production activities, people rule the roost, and the job burnout is one of the important factors lead to people' s unsafe behavior. Based on literature research, explore the in- tervention of job burnout in safe production, an unsafe psychological state, from the perspective of positive psychol- ogy. Reduce the unsafe behaviors and accidents by enhancing actual and potential positive qualities.
