摘要
目的:寻找大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎的最佳药味配伍与药味重要性。方法:构建大鼠急性胰腺炎模型,利用均匀设计法得到大承气汤的10个配伍,检测血清Ca2+、血清淀粉酶、白介素-6、白介素-10、淋巴细胞功能关联抗原1a、胰脂肪酶、肺脏指数,进行因子分析,寻找其中起支配作用的因子。对药味以检测指标进行偏最小二乘回归分析,寻找大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎的最佳药味及配伍。结果:因子分析发现,所测指标可分为炎症因子和脏器因子两类。在大承气汤中,厚朴为主要药味,大黄次之,其最佳配伍为大黄:厚朴=8.85:11.80(g生药·kg-1)。结论:大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎应重用厚朴和大黄。
Objective : To explore the best prescription compatibility of Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreati- tis and the importance of medicinal ingredient. Methods : The rat model of acute pancreatitis was established, and the uniform design was used to get 10 compatibility of Dachengqi Decoction. Then serum calcium, serum amylase, interleukin - 6, interleukin - 10,lymphocyte function associated antigen 1 a, pancreatic lipase and lung indices were detected, and factor analysis was conducted to find the dominant factors. Partial least squares regression analysis was applied to analysing indices depending on ingredients to search the best ingredients and compatibility of Dachengqi Decoction in treatment of acute pancreatitis. Results : Factor analysis showed that the indices can be divided into two types:the inflammatory factors and the internal organs. In Dacheagqi Decoction, Magnolia officinalis was considered as the first ingredients, and rhubarb was regarded as the second. The best compatibility of Dachengqi Decoction was rhubarb:Magnolia officinalis - 8.85:11.80 (g crude drug· kg^- 1 ). Conclusion:Rhubarb and Magnolia ojficinalis should be increased the dosage in the treatment of acute pancreatitis with Dachengqi Decoction.
