摘要
在现行的大学排名中,科研评价是有量化指标的。在现行的教师职称评审和岗位聘任中,科研要求也是有量化指标的。所以,教师的科研业绩必须要量化。但是教师科研量化工作又存在着复杂性:科研时间投入的弹性大,科研成果显现的滞后,教师工作角色的多样化。所以本文认为要科学的进行科研工作量计算与考核,必须处理好科研工作定性与定量的矛盾,科研与教学切块比例或当量换算的关系,教师科研业绩分类与计算标准的问题,并根据各个学校的不同实际,选取公式模型转换法或赋值绩点法来进行教师工作量计算与考核。
In the current ranking of universities, the evaluation of scientific research is a quantitative indicator. In the current evaluation of teachers' professional titles and job appointments, the scientific research requirement is also a quantitative indicator. Therefore, the teacher's scientific research results must be quantified. But the quantitative work of teachers" scientific research is quite complicated, for in- stance, the scientific research time is flexible, the research results lag behind, the roles of teachers are diversified. So, this paper argues that in the calculation and assessment of scientific research workload, we must deal with the problems such as the contradiction between qualitative and quantitative analysis of research work, the relationship between the ratio of research and teaching and the equivalent conver- sion, the classification and calculation standard of teachers" scientific research achievement, and then se- lect formula model conversion method or assignment grade point method to calculate and assess teachers " workload according to the different practice of each university.
