摘要
目的研究分析急性消化内镜护理使用无缝隙对接护理的效果。方法根据我院的72例消化内镜患者进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和研究组,对照组使用常规护理,研究组使用无缝对接护理,两组均有36例,比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果研究组护理后SAS,SDS评分为(25.12±3.90)分、(23.68±3.70)分;对照组护理后分别为(36.71±4.44)分、(34.18±5.51)分。两组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且研究组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性消化内镜治疗使用无缝隙对接护理能够提升其治疗效果,对患者的负面情绪起到改善作用,提升临床护理质量。
Objective To study the effect of seamless docking nursing in acute digestive endoscopy nursing.Methods According to 72 cases of digestive endoscopy patients in our hospital to carry on the research.The patients were divided into control group and study group, the control group used routine nursing care, the study group used seamless nursing, 36 cases in each group, compared two groups of self rating anxiety scale（SAS）, self rating depression scale（SDS） score.Results After nursing, the study group of SAS, SDS scores were（25.12±3.90）,（23.68±3.70） points; the control group were（36.71±4.44）,（34.18±5.51）points.After nursing, SAS, SDS scores in two groups were significantly lower than before nursing, and the study group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of acute digestive endoscopy using seamless docking nursing can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the negative emotions of patients, improve the quality of clinical care.
