摘要
目的改进围手术期患者的健康教育流程,提升围手术期患者健康教育效果及患者满意度。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年2月两组围手术期患者作为对照组及试验组,对照组采用常规健康教育,试验组运用失效模式与效应分析(FMEA),分析患者健康教育中失效因素的具体环节及原因,优化健康教育流程,并制定相应改进措施。采用改进后围手术期患者健康教育流程,对两组患者进行健康教育效果评价。结果使用FMEA管理模型后,试验组患者护理健康教育知识得分较对照组明显提高(P<0.01),满意度也较对照组显著提高(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论通过FMEA对围手术期患者健康教育效果进行研究,找出影响患者健康教育效果的因素,前瞻性地对围手术期患者健康教育流程进行分析改进,有利于提升健康教育效果,提高患者满意度。
Objective To improve the health education process for perioperative patients and enhance their health education levels and satisfactions. Methods Two groups of perioperative patients from January 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital were selected as control or experimental groups. The control group received a conventional health education while the experimental group received a modified health education process for perioperative patients. The health education effects were compared between the two groups. Resuits After application of the failure mode and effect analysis ( FMEA), nursing health education knowledge scores and patients' satisfactions in the experimental group was significantly improved when compared to the control group ( all P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Through studies on health education effect of perioperative patients with FMEA,it could find out the influence factors of health education effect, and proaetively analyze and modify the health education process for perioperative patients, thus, enhance the effect of health education and improve the patient satisfactions.
