摘要
目的研究蛹虫草多肽对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响及其作用机制。方法蛹虫草多肽连续灌胃给药45 d,采用腹腔注射氢溴酸东莨菪碱建立小鼠记忆障碍模型,进行Morris水迷宫试验,测定小鼠脑组织中Ach E、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、eNOS、GABA和Glu含量。结果蛹虫草多肽能缩短小鼠寻找平台的潜伏期及增加穿越平台次数;降低小鼠脑组织Ach E含量,升高Na^+-K^+-ATP、eNOS、GABA和Glu含量。结论蛹虫草多肽能够改善记忆障碍小鼠学习记忆能力,可能与清除体内自由基、抗氧化损伤、保护神经系统等有关。
Objective To study the effect of Cordyceps militaris peptides on the learning and memory ability in mice and its mechanism of action. Methods The mice were given by gavage with cordyceps militaris peptides once a day for 45 days. To establish the model of memory impairment in mice by intraperitonel injection of scopolamine hydrobromide. Morris water maze experiment was carried out, and then to detect content of Ach E, Na^+-K^+-ATP, e NOS, GABA, Glu in brain tissue. Results Cordyceps militaris peptides could shorten the incubation period in mice to find platform and increase the number of its cross platform; reduce content of Ach E and increase content of Na^+-K^+-ATP, e NOS, GABA and Glu in brain tissue in mice. ConclusionCordyceps militaris peptides could improve learning memory ability in memory disorder mice, it might be related to removing free radicals, anti-oxidative damage and protecting the nervous system and so on.
