摘要
为研究制动辅助系统(BAS)在紧急制动时的作用,采用ECE R13h中推荐的测试要求,使用制动机器人进行制动输入,通过6款样车的对比试验,分析和验证BAS性能。结果表明,多数车型需要180~200 N的踏板力才能触发防抱死系统(ABS),达到充分制动的减速度,而BAS可使紧急制动时触发ABS所需的踏板力降低30%以上,使驾驶员充分发挥制动效能,减少碰撞时重伤事故的发生。
This paper describes the performance of Brake Assist System(BAS)in the emergency braking based on the requirements in ECE R13 h through comparing the test data of six model test vehicles, analyzing BAS performance using a braking robot. The results show that for most model vehicles, the pedal force of 180~200 N is needed to trigger ABS, achieving the deceleration in the case of fully braking, and the pedal force needed that BAS in emergency braking triggers ABS will be reduced by more than 30%, so the driver will achieve better braking effect to reduce the occurrence of serious injury in collision.
