摘要
在详细分析袭击事件、总结反袭击行动主要特点的基础上,对可能发生的情况展开设想,给出了处置过程以及具体处置方法,对边境地区武装巡逻反袭击行动处置方法进行规范,以期最大限度地维护边境安全秩序和保护人民群众的生命财产安全。
In recent years,the violent terrorist attacks have been constantly ＂upgraded＂. Good cases in point are the events of ＂8·19＇and ＂2 ·14 ＂,both of which are the terrorist attacks on the armed patrol in border areas.With extreme violence and severe political influence,they have seriously damaged the social order in the border areas and the safety of people＇s life and property. Therefore,rational,favorable and restraint measures should be taken in counter attacks. Analyzing the violent attacks,and summarizing the main features of counter attacks,this paper puts forward disposal processes and concrete disposal measures,and explains related preventive measures,hoping to provide some references for the research on armed patrols against attacks in border areas,so as to maintain the order of border areas and protect the safety of people＇s life and property to the utmost.
