摘要
近年来,国内频繁发生个人极端暴力犯罪事件,造成了恶劣的社会影响。极端暴力犯罪的产生,既有外在环境的原因,也有犯罪人主观心理上的内因。对此,一方面要加强防控,另一方面,要有针对性地加强警务战术训练,研究战术原则和战术对策,提高处突防暴战斗力。
The frequent occurrence of individual extreme violence criminal cases in the past few years results in severe social influence. Extreme violence crimes are attributed to external environments as well as the criminals＇ subjective psychology. Accordingly, great efforts must be made, on one hand, on prevention and control, and on the other hand, on police tactics training, study of tactics priciples, tactics and countermeasures so as to increase the poliice＇s violence fighting capacity.
