轴向振动对格莱圈密封泄漏量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 针对液压缸在振动工况下经常出现内泄漏的问题,提出一种计算轴向振动作用下格莱圈密封泄漏量的方法。首先通过有限元软件得到不同油液工作压力下格莱圈密封处的接触应力分布,然后使用逆解法求解一维雷诺方程得到油液工作压力同油膜厚度之间的关系,最后结合轴向基础振动作用下的液压缸无杆腔压力波动数学模型,得到轴向振动对格莱圈密封泄漏量的影响规律。研究结果表明:泄漏量波动幅值随着轴向振动幅值的增大而增大,当轴向振动频率与系统固有频率接近时,泄漏量波动幅值达到最大值,轴向振动频率大于固有频率时,泄漏量波动幅值开始随振动频率的增大而减小,当轴向振动频率达到一定值时,泄漏量波动幅值趋于稳定。 Aiming at that hydraulic cylinder often occurs internal leakage under the vibration, a method was proposed to calculate the glyd - ring seal leakage under the axial vibration. Firstly, the contact stress distribution under different oil pressure on the seal surface of glyd - ring was obtained by the finite element software, secondly, the relationship between oil pressure and oil film thickness was obtained by solving the one - dimension reynolds equation with the inverse method, Finally, combining with the mathematical model of the pressure fluctuation of rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, the influence law of axial vibration on glyd - ring seal leakage was obtained. Results showed that: leakage fluctuation amplitude increases with the increases of the axial vibration amplitude ,the amplitude of leakage reached the maximum when the axial vibration frequency close to the natural frequency of the system, the amplitude of leakage fluctuation increases with the increase of the vibration frequency when the axial vibration frequency is greater than the natural frequency, the leakage amplitude tends to be stable when the axial vibration frequency reaches a certain value.
