摘要
为了开展橡胶O形圈密封结构的老化状态检测研究,结合工程实际,设计一种典型橡胶O形圈密封结构的实验装置,并结合应用实例,解释该实验装置的应用。该实验装置不仅方便开展自由条件和约束条件下的激励实验,而且方便实现橡胶O形圈压缩量、衬套沟槽形状和大小的不同;方便衬套和橡胶O形圈的更换,可以通过更换不同老化程度的橡胶O形圈模拟结构的不同老化状态;方便传感器的布置,可以通过空气增压模拟介质压力,可以保持衬套轴向位置的稳定而不会影响其相对缸筒组件的转动,为研究橡胶O形圈密封结构的老化状态检测奠定了实验基础。
In order to carry out the aging state detection research of rubber O-ring sealing structure,a typical experimental device of rubber O-ring sealing structure based on engineering practice was designed,and the application of the experimental device combined with an example was explained.This experimental device not only can conveniently carry out the motivate experiment under freedom condition and constrained condition,but also can achieve the difference of compression amount of rubber O-ring and shape and size of bush groove conveniently.It is convenient to replace bush groove and rubber O-ring,and thus the different structural aging states can be simulated by changing the rubber O-ring with different aging degrees.This experimental device facilitates the arrangement of sensors,can simulate different media pressure by air pressurization,and can keep the axial position of the bushing stable without affecting its rotation relative to the cylinder assembly.This paper provides experimental basis for the aging state detection research of rubber O-ring sealing structure.
