摘要
基于电机电流的转子轴承系统的工作原理,通过分析可知,该系统在运行时,转子轴系统很容易发生故障,且对整个机械系统的正常运行产生严重的影响。针对这一问题提出了傅里叶变换特征分析和小波包变换的电流分析等方法,对电机电流的转子轴系统故障诊断进行有效诊断。
Based on the working principle of the rotor bearing system of motor based on current, it is thought that the system is in operation, the rotor shaft system is prone to failure, and have a serious impact on the normal operation of the whole mechanical system. In order to solve the problem of Fourier transform analysis and wavelet packet transform current analysis method is proposed. Fault diagnosis method of rotor system for motor current is studied, in order to effectively diagnose rotor bearing fault.
