摘要
处于分众化时代,要在不同社会群体中推进社会主义核心价值观落细落小落实,实施分众化教育是必然的选择。分众化教育与因材施教在理论根源、前提、理念、原则、方法等方面具有内在契合性,两者在本质上是一致的。孔子是最早提出因材施教理论并终身将其付诸实践的教育家,《论语》中蕴含着孔子因材施教的重要思想。挖掘和利用《论语》中因材施教的思想资源,有针对性地开展有效的分众化教育,对于推进社会主义核心价值观落细落小落实,无疑具有重要的意义。
