太赫兹波段Y型环六边形滤波器的设计与分析

摘要 参考传统的频率选择表面Y型中心连接型单元,提出一种多层结构的Y型环六边形阵列频率选择表面带通滤波器。设计了工作在太赫兹大气通信窗口的滤波器,研究了金属层数对3 d B带宽的影响,三层级联滤波器中心频率为338 GHz,3 d B带宽为75.82 GHz,带内最大插入损耗为0.48 d B。同时讨论了三层滤波器的极化方式和入射角,且该三层带通滤波器对入射波的极化方式不敏感,且在30°范围内的频率响应稳定,可适用于太赫兹大气通信、成像等领域中。 Based on the traditional Y-shaped center linked element, a multilayer structure of Y-typed hexagonal array bandpass filter for the frequency selective surface(FSS) is presented in this paper. A bandpass filter whose bandpass characters applied in the terahertz communication window is designed. The effect of metal layers on the bandwidth of 3 dB is studied, and the center frequency of the third layer filter is 0.338 THz with a 3 dB bandwidth of 75.82 GHz. The maximum insertion loss in pass band reaches 0.48 dB. Meanwhile, the polarization mode and incident angle of the three layer filters are discussed. The results show that the frequency response characteristics of the FSS have little sensitivity to the polarization pattern, and that highly stable frequency response characteristics can be obtained at all incident angles smaller than 30~. It can work in THz atmospheric communication and imaging systems.
