摘要
大功率半导体激光器可在大气空间通信系统作发射光源。文章阐述了器件的基本理论 ,对光模限制因子进行了计算 ,并开展了器件制作工作。所得器件峰值波长为 1540nm ,出纤功率大于 15mW。
High power semiconductor lasers are the most promising devices for free space communication. The confinement factor is demonstrated theoretically and analyzed numerically in this paper.The laser has wavelength of 1 540 nm with output power of 15 mW.
