摘要
目的探讨整体责任制护理对流行性腮腺炎合并脑膜炎患儿预后的影响效果。方法收集福建省立医院2015-04—2015-12间入院的70例流行性腮腺炎合并脑膜炎患儿,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组则加施整体责任制护理,比较两组总体治疗效果、临床指标与家属护理满意度。结果实验组总体治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);退热时间与消肿时间显著性低于对照组,家属护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论整体责任制护理对流行性腮腺炎合并脑膜炎患儿预后的影响效果显著,可提高家属护理满意度,具有借鉴性。
Objective To evaluate the impact of overall nursing responsibility of prognosis of children with mumps and meningitis. Methods 70 children with mumps and meningitis in the hospital from April to December, 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. Children in the control group received routine care, and children in the experimental group received the overall responsibility nursing. Treatment effect, clinical indicators and their families care satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The overall treatment of children in the experimental group is better than the control group. There is statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）; fever and swelling time period is significantly lower than the control group, and nursing satisfaction is significantly superior to the control group. There is statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Overall nursing responsibility has significant impact on children with mumps and meningitis, and it can improve nursing satisfaction. So it is worth reference.
