摘要
阐述了寒地特有生态条件对水稻育种的要求,分析了寒地杂交粳稻育种的主要途径,强调了发展寒地粳型反温敏不育系的重要意义,根据携带反温敏不育基因rtms的雁农S在黑龙江省的育性表现,提出了培育粳型反温敏不育系的技术策略,建立了寒地杂交粳稻设计参数,为寒地杂交粳稻的发展提供理论基础和技术支持。
This paper described the requirements of cold ecological conditions on rice breeding,analyzed the main ways in breeding hybrid Japonica,emphasized the importance of the development of the reverse thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(RTGMS),proposes the technology strategy about breeding RTGMS in Japonica,according to fertility performance of Yan Nong S which carry the inverse temperature sensitive male sterile gene rtms in Heilongjiang province,established the design parameters in hybrid Japonica,and provided a theoretical basis and technical support for the development of the Hybrid Japonica in cold region.
