摘要
针对矿用先导阀工艺孔压涨堵的工艺需求,设计了一款先导阀自动压堵装置,分析了自动送涨堵机构的角度设计及下压过程的受力情况。该自动压涨堵装置已投入企业进行生产性试验,实际应用中,节省了人力劳动,工作效率可提高约12%。
In view of the technologic demand of the mine pilot valve technology, a pilot value automatic pressure blocking special machine was designed, the angle design of the automatic feeding and blocking mechanism and the stress condition of the lower pressure process were analyzed. The automatic pressure rising and blocking device was put into the enterprise to carry out the production test. In practical application, manpower and labor cost have been sowed, work effeciency has increased by about 12%.
